A

Adaptors

Your room has British plug sockets and USB C sockets provided. Should you need an adaptor please contact reception. The voltage is 230V. If you are travelling from a country with 110V like US or Canada, you may need a voltage converter.

Air Conditioning

Our hotel is equipped with a central air conditioning and heating system. You can adjust the temperature from the control panel in your room. To adjust the temperature in your room, simply use the AC control panel located on the wall near the entrance. To begin, gently touch the screen to activate the panel. Once the display turns on, you’ll see the On/Off button on the left-middle side of the screen—just tap it to power up the system. Next, press the Mode button to choose your preferred setting: Fan, Heat, Auto, Cool, or Dry. After selecting the mode, you can easily set your ideal room temperature by using the “+” or “–” buttons to increase or decrease the temperature. It’s that simple! We hope you enjoy a perfectly comfortable stay. If you need assistance or prefer us to adjust it for you, please contact Reception.

Airports

We can arrange a private car to any of London’s main airports.

We recommend arriving at the airport at least 3 hours before your scheduled departure. For pricing and bookings, please contact Reception.

Please note that traffic conditions in London can vary greatly depending on the time of day

London City Airport
Around 60–75 minutes by taxi, or approximately 55 minutes via District Line to Monument, then DLR to London City Airport.

Gatwick Airport
Around 70–90 minutes by taxi, or approximately 50–60 minutes via Southern Rail from West Brompton to Clapham Junction, then change for Gatwick Airport.

Heathrow Airport
Around 35–50 minutes by taxi, or approximately 40 minutes via Piccadilly Line direct from Earl’s Court Station.

Luton Airport
Around 70–90 minutes by taxi, or approximately 65–75 minutes via Thameslink train from St Pancras International (Piccadilly Line from Earl’s Court to King’s Cross St Pancras).

Stansted Airport
Around 80–100 minutes by taxi, or approximately 75–85 minutes via Stansted Express from Liverpool Street Station (District or Circle Line from Earl’s Court to Liverpool Street).

ATM

The nearest ATM is located at Global Exchange – 181 Earls Court Road (approx. 0.1 miles away). Operating 24/7 but you may be charged a transaction fee.

Alternatively, you can find an ATM inside the Co-Op at 210 Earls Court Road during their opening hours.

Or outside the Sainsburys – 162 Earls Court Road, a 5 minute walk from the Hotel.

Baby Facilities

Most of our rooms are compact, however if you require a Baby Cot, please contact Reception.

Breakfast

A complimentary continental Breakfast Buffet is served between 7.30am – 10am Monday – Friday and 8am – 10am on weekends and Bank Holidays on the Ground Floor. Please advise the reception team if you have any allergies.

 

C

Cancelation Policy

For flexible reservations, if your plans change whilst you are staying with us, and wish to check out early, please provide notice to the reception team no later than 11am, 24 hours prior to the date you wish to check out to avoid an early departure fee.

Car Parking

We do not have onsite parking at the hotel. Paid parking is available nearby. Limited short-term parking (up to a few hours) can be found on surrounding streets via pay-and-display meters or pay-by-phone services. For longer stays or overnight parking, we recommend London Marriott Kensington Car Park (8min walk) or NCP London Olympia (~26 min walk), both within easy reach of the hotel.

Please note the hotel accepts no responsibility or liability for vehicles parked offsite. We advise guests not to leave valuables in their vehicles overnight.

Check Out

Check out time is by 11am. Should you wish to check out later than this, please contact reception who will advise if a late checkout is available, subject to an additional charge. Complimentary luggage storage is available with reception on the day of check out.

Coffee and Tea Making Facilities

Your bedroom is equipped with a Nespresso Coffee Machine and a Kettle for your enjoyment. Tea, coffee pods, milk and sugar can be found in the box next to the machine. Should you require replenishments, please contact reception.

Credit Cards

The following credit cards are accepted in the Hotel: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Diners and American Express. Please note that Cheques, Travellers Cheques and Cash are not accepted. You can pay in GBP or your local currency when settling the bill.

Should you need medical assistance during your stay, please contact reception.

Do Not Disturb

If you do not wish to be disturbed, please make use of the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your bedroom door.

Emergency

In the event of an emergency, please contact reception or dial “999” for police, fire or ambulance.

Eurostar

The Eurostar Terminal is located at St Pancras International Station and can be easily reached by underground or taxi from the hotel. A taxi is usually the quickest and most convenient option.

Alternatively, you can take the Piccadilly Line from Earl’s Court to King’s Cross St Pancras, which is a direct journey of around 25 minutes and ideal if you are travelling light.

Fire

Please take the time to familiarise yourself with the nearest fire exit. All our guest rooms and public areas are equipped with smoke detectors. In the case of fire, dial “0” or the reception speed dial and give the location. Further instructions on what to do in the case of a fire are given on the back of your bedroom door. The evacuation point is located opposite Nevern Square, just across the street from the hotel entrance on the left corner.

Foreign Currency

The nearest place to change foreign currency is the EC Money Exchange Cambio located near the Earl’s Court Underground Station on Earl’s Court Road, just a 2-minute walk from the hotel.

Garden

Our Garden and Terrace is accessible through the reception and is there to be used throughout the day for you, particularly during the summer months!

Whilst we have no Gym onsite, we have partnerships with local gyms. Please contact our concierge team for more information here.

Hairdryer

A hairdryer is provided for your use during your stay, this can be found in your wardrobe.

Housekeeping

Rooms are cleaned daily for your comfort between 10.30am – 3pm. Should you wish your room to be cleaned at a particular time, please contact reception. Should you not require your room cleaned, please put the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door, or contact reception. Everyday millions of gallons of water are used in hotels to wash towels that have only been used once. Please hang up your towels if you’d like to reuse them; towels left on the floor will be replaced.

We are spoilt for choice with wonderful parks nearby for running. Hyde Park, just minutes away offers excellent paths.

Museums

There are superb museums to visit whilst you are in London. For example, The Science Museum, The National History Museum and The Victoria and Albert Museum are three museums all next to each other in South Kensington. Pharmacy

The nearest pharmacy is Boots, located at 213–215 Earl’s Court Road, just a 2-minute walk from the hotel.

Pubs

No visit to England is complete without a trip to the Pub! There are plenty of options nearby.

Public Transport

The closest station is Earl’s Court Underground Station, just a 2-minute walk from the hotel. This station provides access to the District and Piccadilly Lines, making it easy to travel across London.

We recommend downloading the app “City Mapper” to plan the best routes to explore London.

Room Service

Should you wish to order food or drinks to your room, we recommend scanning the QR code on the menu in the bedroom with our partner “Papyon” for a wide range of options delivered to your door.

Safety Deposit Box

Your room is equipped with a laptop sized personal safe in the wardrobe. Please ensure all your valuables are stored here. Instructions to use the safe are printed on the safe door. Should you have any difficulties or forget your code, please contact reception. Your attention is, however, respectfully drawn to the notice at Reception limiting our liability under the Hotel Proprietor’s Act of 1956.

Shop

We have a few items like soft drinks and snacks available for purchase at reception, along with our luxury toiletries from The White Company.

Smoking

The entire hotel is non-smoking, and it is illegal to smoke indoors. A cleaning fine of £250 will be applied should you smoke inside.

With the “Flowers Collection”, transport your senses to an idyllic country garden and breathe in a scent of the naturally growing posies, speckled with droplets of dew. This light and pretty floral blend features uplifting notes of just picked jasmine, rose, neroli, lavender and geranium.
